Delivery Time

All shipping time (from order transaction to shipment delivery) is expected to be 8 - 15 days.
Remote areas would be aquired the additional logistics costs, while the shipping time limit will be longer and there is also a risk that the goods may be lost.

We have shipping service worldwide, except for some remote areas. Regarding the orders from remote areas, our customer service staff will contact you and cancel your order(within 5 business days) with a full refund.

Backorders

If your order cannot be fulfilled completely in time, then we will ship the item what we have in stock and the remaining items will be CANCELED partially. We would inform your order status by email info@tagsneakers.com. You may reorder it when we refresh the relevat stock.

Package Lost

All items purchased from tagsnekaers.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Taxes and Duties

You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged in your end. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when the goods arrive in your country.
